This is an application for deciding the application for suspension of sentence and release of applicant/ accused on bail pre-emptorily.

The learned APP has rightly pointed out that the Criminal Application bearing No.172 of 2017 for suspension of sentence and releasing the applicant/ accused on bail is already avk 1/2

27-APPA-515-2017.doc decided on 15th March 2017 and in pursuant to that order, on instructions, the learned APP has made a statement that applicant/ accused has already been released from the jail on 17th March 2017.
