Mr. Mayur Agrawal, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the impugned order in the present Writ Petition is order dated 1st March 2023 passed below Exhibit 7 in (A-1) Appeal No. 73 of 2022. He states that the said appeal itself has been decided and the said appeal was allowed and judgment and decree passed by the learned Trial Court has been set aside. Therefore, he states that nothing survives in the Writ Petition and the same has become infructuous. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as it has become infructuous.
