This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.1 in CR No.14/2014 registered with Cuffe Parade Police Station, Mumbai by the Additional Sessions Judge for Greater Bombay in Anticipatory Bail Application No.103 of 2015 by its order dated 24.2.2015. 2.

The learned APP. on instructions submitted that in the present case after completion of investigation the police have submitted charge sheet on 30.5.2016 and the said case is now committed to the Court of Sessions being S.C.No.496/2016. 3.

In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa vs. Sameer Pakvasa and anr. in Criminal Application No.723/2014 in ABA No.1785/2014 dated 25.1.2016 the present application for cancellation of bail on merits after filing of charge sheet does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
