This is the second application for bail. Earlier application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13th December, 2018. In view of order dated 16th July, 2019, passed by the regular Court, the application is listed before me. Since the Court was not inclined to grant the relief, the learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions from the brother of the applicant who is present in the Court, seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted

rpa 2/2 1-ba-981-19.doc that the applicant is in custody from 3rd February, 2018. He is not having any criminal antecedents, and, hence, trial be directed to be concluded expeditiously.

Considering the submissions application is allowed to be withdrawn. The hearing of the trial is expedited. Bail Application stands disposed of.
