This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in C. R. No. 361 of 2016 registered with Matunga Police Station, Mumbai.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in ABA No. 494 of 2017 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within one week and the amended copy of the application be served upon the Advocate for original complainant/ respondent No.2 within the same stipulated period. 4.
