P. C. :

This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal. The delay is of 62 days. Learned Counsel for the respondent vehemently submits that no plausible explanation is given for delay caused in filing an application. Be that as it may. The delay is of 62 days. For the reasons assigned in paragraphs- 4, 5 and 6, delay of 62 days deserves to be condoned. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stands disposed of accordingly. [SMT.
