By the present Application, Applicant has requested this Court to permit him to appear in person for conducting Appeal. Today, by an Order of even date passed in Interim Application No. 3328 of 2021, we have acceded the request of Applicant to change Advocate and be represented by another Advocate from Legal Aid Panel. 2.

In view thereof, the request of Applicant for permitting him to appear in person cannot be entertained at least at this stage. 3.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
