Ms. Mhatre, learned APP has tendered across the Bar, a letter addressed to the office of the Public Prosecutor by the In-charge Superintendent, Yerwada Open District Prison, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

On perusal of the contents of the said letter, it appears that upon completion of the sentence, the petitioner has been released from jail on 01.06.2017.
