Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 782 of 2021 registered with Hinjewadi Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 308, 324 of IPC and 4 and 25 of Arms Act.

In view of further investigation in the matter as is reported by the APP, it appears that the complainant has given supplementary statement dated 13.12.2021 in support of the present applicant.

That being so, the ad-interim protection ordered by this Court stands confirmed.

In the event of arrest, applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with BGP.
