ORDER:- Upon hearing the parties for some time and after perusal of the affidavit filed by Respondent No.3, dated 15 September 2016, and specifically para 4, which is reproduced as under:- "4.

Thus grievance of the Petitioner no more survives as his name is being included in the eligibility list of Asst. Engineers for promotion. In fact no cause of action survives in view of what is stated above." we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, as the Petitioner's main prayer clauses (b) and (c), have been worked out. 1/2

ssm 2 12-wp4121.14.sxw The interim order granted by this Court dated 14 July 2014 whereby, directed the Respondents not to finalize the list of Assistant Engineer to the post of JTS cadre, therefore, also stands vacated.
