This is an application filed by the applicant, who prays that leave may be granted to him to travel abroad to United States of America and Canada from 3rd June 2015 till 22nd June 2015. 2.

Undisputedly, the applicant is a respondent in an appeal against acquittal filed by the State. It further appears that on two

appa-460-15 occasions this court had permitted the applicant to travel abroad. It does not appear that the applicant has flouted any of the conditions imposed by this court while permitting the applicant to travel abroad. 3.

In that light of the matter, therefore, we allow this application and permit the applicant to travel abroad i.e. to United States of America and Canada from 3rd June 2015 till 22nd June 2015 on the condition that the applicant before his departure from India shall intimate the concerned police station about the place, telephone number and the address at which the applicant will be available in United States of America as well as Canada. In addition to the above condition, the applicant shall submit a pursis in this court on his return from abroad. 4.

Application is allowed as indicated above.
