The application is filed through jail for temporary bail on medical ground of the applicant and her mother. In pursuant of the order dated 17th July, 2017, the learned APP placed on record the health report of the petitioner. We have perused the same. The report shows that the applicant is facing difficulty in passing urine due to Haematuria since last few days. The report shows that the applicant is given treatment in Yerwada Central Prison. The learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that, if necessary, the applicant would be taken to Sasoon Hospital or any other Government Hospital for being treated by Urologist. The statement is accepted.

Regarding temporary bail on the ground of mother's illness is concerned, there is nothing on record to support the applicant's contention that she is ill. Therefore, the applicant's contention in this regard cannot be accepted.

In the light of above, we are not inclined to entertain this application and the same is accordingly dismissed. Needless to mention that the applicant, if entitled, can claim parole from the appropriate forum.

The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the applicant.
