Heard Mr. Gude, learned Counsel for the applicants. 2.

This is an application for setting aside order dated 23rd August, 2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I). By that order, two weeks time was given to the applicant to deliver copies of the proceedings to the respondent failing which C.R.A was to stand dismissed for non prosecution. 3.

Mr. Gude assures that after restoration of the main C.R.A, he will remove Office objections within two weeks from today. 4.

In view of the assurance and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that applicants have made out sufficient cause for
