The order impugned herein is dated 23.02.2015 passed by the Additional Commissioner and Special Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Maharashtra State, Pune passed under Section 78A(1)(b) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. Since a remedy by way of a Revision under Section 154 is available against the said order, there is no warrant to entertain the above Petition.
