By this petition, which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Petitioner is seeking following relief: "(a) For a writ of mandamus, for a writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, directions or order directing the Respondents to submit actual details of cable suppliers and customers and details of financial records till today. (b) That, such other and further and further reliefs be granted in favour of the Petitioner as the nature and circumstances of the case may require."

In our view, the reliefs claimed by the Petitioner cannot be granted by this Court while exercising our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
