14-REVN-160-2019-Corrected-modified order..doc Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur, on 13th March, 2019 in Criminal Appeal No. 41 of 2018, are quashed and set aside. The applicant is acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

The bail bonds shall stand cancelled.

The Revision Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

List the Revision Application for compliance on 10th January, 2024.
