FINAL ORDER :

Amendment is granted at the risk of the Petitioner as prayed Respondent No.3 is permitted to be deleted from the cause title. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The main grievance of the Petitioner is that Respondent No.2 Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee has not decided the caste claim of the Petitioner which is pending since 2004. Therefore, we are inclined to pass order against Respondent No.2 to decide the said caste claim as early as possible and preferably within ten weeks in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is Disposed of. No costs.
