Having heard learned APP and having gone through the petition along with documents annexed thereto, we find that main grievance of the petitioner is that his parol application is not decided for want of translation of the report of the Superintendent of Police, Porbandar.

In the above circumstances, we deem it fit to dispose of this petition by passing following order.

ORDER
(i) Registrar Judicial (I) is directed to send the copy of the report at Exh.A, which is in Gujarati language to the Office of the Chief Translator of this Court and get the English translation within a period of 8 days from today.
(ii) Thereafter copy of the petition along with English Translation of the report, shall be forwarded to the Superintendent of Police, Yerawada Central Jail, Pune immediately. (iii) The Superintendent of Police, Yerawada Central Jail, Pune thereafter shall treat the copy of the petition as petitioner's application for parole and decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one week from the date of receipt of this order on its own merit.
(iv) Ordered accordingly.
