The main grievance of the Petitioner is that Respondent No.2 Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee has not decided the caste claim of the Petitioner which is pending since 2004. Therefore, we are inclined to pass order against Respondent No.2 to decide the said caste claim as early as possible and preferably within ten weeks in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is Disposed of. No costs.
