Learned APP points out that prisoner had head injury in 2014 and therefore had applied for suitable medical treatment. He is seeking time to verify the position today. 2.

The letter has been sent in July, 2014 and therefore period of 5 and 1⁄2 years has already expired.

We, therefore, find that by directing respondents to provide him necessary medical treatment if the need still subsists, the matter can be disposed of.

In relation to other prayer to take action against Jail Officer, again we grant prisoner liberty to move if the need still exist. 5.

Accordingly, with above directions, we dispose of petition. 6.

Order be served upon prisoner in Jail.
