The signatories to the consent terms are present personally in the Court and identified by the respective advocates. They say that the consent terms are duly signed by them and they have followed the terms of the consent terms. The parties submit that they will abide by the terms of the consent terms.

I have gone through the consent terms. The consent terms are duly signed by the advocates for the respective parties. The petitioner has handed over the demand draft dated 21/09/2022 as mentioned in paragraph 10 of the consent terms to the learned counsel for union, who in turn has handed over the same to the office bearers of the union. The parties to abide by the consent terms and the undertakings stated therein.

Rule is made absolute in terms of the consent terms. No order as to costs. In view of disposal of the petition, civil application also stands disposed of.
