Learned A.P.P has produced on record the operative order passed in Sessions Case No. 508 of 2014 by the Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai order dated 26th August, 2015, by which, the present applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 304 Part-II of the Indian Penal Code and has been sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten years.
