Action under Section 390 of the Cr.P.C. against Respondent Nos. 1 to 4. The procedure for bail be complied with before the Trial Court. The Trial Court is directed to release the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 on bail on their furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each, with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.
