Zafar Hussain Noor Mohammad Shaikh, brother of life convict Zakir Hussain Noor Mohammed Shaikh has filed this writ petition for furlough leave on ground of sickness of their mother Ismail bi. 3.

The petition was filed on 8.4.2015 and is placed today for admission. However, unfortunately the mother of the petitioner and the life convict has expired on 11.4.2015. In the above circumstances, we dispose of the above petition by issuing following pps

i) The petitioner/convict to file application for furlough before the Superintendent of Jail, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune on or before 16.4.2015.

ii) In the event such application is filed within the stipulated time, the Superintendent of Jail, Yerwada Central Prison shall consider the same sympathetically and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any case within period of two days from the receipt of the application.
