These are applications for condonation of delay in preferring revision petitions challenging the impugned judgment avk 1/2

9-APPR-210-2017-REVNST-232-2017-10-APPR-213-2017-REVNST-233-2017.doc and order passed in appeal by the learned Sessions Judge, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa, on 6th September 2010, thereby confirming conviction of revision petitioner of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, for modification in the sentence and amount of compensation.

Heard the learned advocate appearing for the applicant / accused as well as the learned advocate appearing for respondent no.2 / original complainant. The learned APP appears for respondent no.1 - State.

As the learned advocate appearing for respondent no.2 / original complainant has no objection for condonation of delay, the following order :
