Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and perusing the F.I.R. and documents annexed to the Application, when we expressed that the Applicants can approach the concerned court for availing of the regular remedies under the Code of Criminal Procedure, as we are not inclined to exercise our extra ordinary jurisdiction, the learned counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicants be permitted to avail all the regular remedies.
