Mr. Sathyanarayan, learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking time to issue notice to petitioner for withdrawal of his vakalatnama.

Learned AGP points out that the petition has been filed in the year 2016 in relation to incident which has taken place allegedly on 25/9/2013. She submits that as no ad-interim order is granted by any Court, the matter may have become infructuous. 3.

The petitioner then had remedy to approach the Magistrate and even now if the grievance survives he can do so. We are therefore not inclined to keep the matter pending. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
