1) This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition No. 2280 of 2008 which was dismissed for non prosecution by Order dated 31st August 2023.

There is a delay of 168 days in preferring present Application. 2) The Order dated 31st August 2023 is self eloquent, recording reasons for dismissing the Petition.

3) Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicant is ready and willing to pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- for condonation of delay 1/2
