By this Misc. Civil Application under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the Applicant-wife is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 890 of 2018 filed by the husband under Section 13 (1) (a-i) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for divorce before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane to the District Judge Khed Rajgurunagar, District Pune.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-husband submits that the matter is kept for judgment on 23rd October 2019. 3.
