Heard learned Counsel for petitioner and respondent. 2.

Learned Counsel for the respondent-wife produced the extract of compromise terms filed before the Family Court, Pune in the proceeding of divorce bearing P. A. No. 654 of 2016, same is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. Pursuant to the compromise arrived at in between the spouses, the learned Family Court allowed the petition and granted decree for dissolution of marriage in between the petitioner and respondent, same is taken on record and marked "B" for identification. The order of the learned Family Court reflects that the entire lumpsum amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- has already been paid to the respondent-wife. In view of amicable settlement of the dispute for dissolution of marital tie between the spouses, the learned Counsel requests to dispose of the present writ petition. 4.
