Having heard Mr. Sakhardande appearing for the petitioners we do not think that in a process of election and at this stage, this Court SRP 1/2

WP3762.15doc should interfere in writ jurisdiction. It is not that the petitioners are remediless. In the event any rights of the petitioners and in law are affected or they are aggrieved by the outcome of the election they have ample remedies available in law to question the electoral process and the outcome of the election.

Keeping all such courses open and the contentions therein, we dispose of these writ Petitions. All Civil Applications connected with the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
