The petitioner is seeking an appropriate writ, order and direction directing respondent No.4 to decide the Appeals expeditiously and in a time bound manner.

Learned Counsel Ms.Pooja Singh appears on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 and Mr. V.M.Mali appears on behalf of State of Maharashtra. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that respondent No.4 may be directed to decide the Appeals which are filed by the petitioner before it as expeditiously as possible. 1/2

This being the only relief prayed by the petitioner, the Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.4 to decide the Appeals within 6 weeks from today on merits and in accordance with law. In the meantime, however, during the pendency of the Appeals, there shall be ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause (c) and for a period of 2 weeks thereafter.
