Shri Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that since by this writ petition the petitioner had challenged the caste certificate issued in favour of the respondent no.1 and since the Scrutiny Committee has issued a caste validity certificate in favour of the respondent no.1, it would be necessary for the petitioner to file a writ petition challenging the same. The learned counsel states that the writ petition could be disposed of by keeping the points raised in the writ petition, open. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
