Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner and the learned additional public prosecutor for the State.

Perused the impugned order. The impugned order was passed on the application made by the complainant for sending certain signatures to the expert's opinion. Earlier, a report of the document examiner was sought and the expert was required to give definite opinion on the signatures. It is noted by the court that the earlier report of the document examiner was received in the month of November, 2011. The complainant did not take any steps. The application of the Borey 1/2
