Learned APP has placed on record the report of analysis of the substance, which was seized from the applicant, and it is detected to be Mephedrone.

On being confronted with the material compiled in the charge-sheet, the counsel for the applicant request for withdrawal of the application.

Learned counsel is however justified in submitting that the CR is registered in the year 2019 and till date, charge is not framed.
