After having heard both sides and finding that the Criminal Application seeks restoration of a Writ Petition which was dismissed by a conditional order, and essentially for noncompliance with the procedural rules, we set aside that order. We restore the Writ Petition to file of this Court. The Writ Petition shall appear for admission peremptorily on 23rd June, 2017, on the supplementary list. The ad-interim order shall operate till 27th June, 2017.
