The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not taken any action on the petitioner's complaint dated 8.1.2015 Exh.A in regard to the raising of the illegal construction on the land bearing S. No. 244, located at Silvasa, Dadra Nagar Haveli. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondents to examine the petitioner's complaint and take appropriate action in accordance with law after giving due

Let the action as aforesaid be taken as expeditiously as possible but not latter than four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Petitioner to give copy of the complaint dated 8.1.2015 to the respondents along with the copy of this order. With the aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of.
