Considering the said fact and also considering the reasons stated in the application, the delay in bringing on record the other legal representatives is condoned. Mamta Ravindra Mahajan, proposed legal representative of Appellant No.2, be brought on record as Appellant No.2a. Cause title be amended accordingly.
