Applicant has moved this Court by this application pointing out communication dated 23rd March 2018 terminating his services consequent to the order passed by the Caste Scrutiny Committee, Raigad.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the said order is subject to the clarification or further orders to be passed by this court in
916-caw 772-18 in wp 11480-15 civil application. It is submitted that the applicant is to retire on 31st March 2018.

We have perused the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court (Ranjit More and Anuja Prabhudessai, JJ) on 8th August 2016 which reads as under:- "
Heard Mr.Gade, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Kakde, learned AGP for the State.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 6th September, 2016.

Mr.Kakde, learned AGP waives service on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Till next date, there shall be an ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (e)."

In this view of the matter, we direct that the status-quo as before the impugned order passed by the Project Officer, Integrated Triable Development Project, dated 23rd March 2018 shall prevail in view of the order passed on 8th August 2016.
