Ld. Counsel for the applicant states that, the trial has already began and one witness is examined by the prosecution. In this view the matter, at this stage Ld. Counsel for the applicant does not press this application. However, she seeks liberty to approach this Court again if the trial is not concluded within reasonable time. Liberty as prayed for is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn with such liberty. The Trial Court shall make efforts to conclude the trial within reasonable time. The applicant shall co-operate in early disposal of the trial.
