This is an application for relaxation of condition of attendance imposed vide order dated 29th August 2018 passed by this Court while granting bail to applicant in Bail Application No.1414 of 2018. The applicant was directed to attend Nirmal Nagar Police Station once in a month on first Saturday between 10 am and 12 noon till further orders.

Learned advocate for applicant submitted that applicant has complied the direction of attendance. Charge has been framed and trial is likely to commence. The applicant has been attending Trial Court regularly.

The fact that applicant has complied the direction to attend Police Station is not disputed by prosecution. The concerned officer is present in Court. Learned APP submitted that trial has not

2 of 2 34.IA.1211.2021.doc commenced. Statement of victim has been recorded u/s.164 of Cr.P.C. Considering the fact that charge has been framed against applicant and he has been attending Police Station since 2018, further attendance is not necessary. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Interim Application is allowed and disposed of; (ii) The order dated 29th August 2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.1414 of 2018 is modified by relaxing condition No. (iii) of the said order.
