This is an application for seeking modification of the operative order dated 2nd March, 2016. In the order dated 2nd March, 2016, Clause (iii) of the operative order is as under : "(iii) The applicants shall furnish fresh bonds before the Addl. Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay within three weeks from today. Upon failure to furnish fresh bail bonds within three weeks, the learned Addl. Sessions Judge shall issue non-bailable warrant against the applicants calling upon them to serve the rest of the substantive sentence." The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in custody. The order is dated 2nd March, 2016. As on today, when he desires to furnish bail bonds, the Registrar of the Sessions Court informs him that the bail bonds were to be furnished within 3 weeks from the date of the order and therefore, has refused to accept the bail bonds. Hence, he prays for seeking 2/3

modification in the operative order dated 2nd March, 2016 in Criminal Application No. 184 of 2016.

It is in these circumstances, the clause (iii) is modified and be read as under:

"(iii) The applicants shall furnish fresh bonds before the Addl. Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay.

Ordered accordingly.
