The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4, on instructions, makes statement that the Petitioner-wife has been taken in service in the year 2010 itself and she is getting family pension of her deceased husband.

In view of this, on instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner is not pressing the present Writ Petition. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Rule discharged accordingly.
