Heard learned Counsel for the applicant in this bail application for the offence under sections 376 and 363 of IPC. Investigation is still going on. When this aspect was emphasized much by the learned APP and when the learned APP stated that within one week or two the investigation would be over and charge-sheet would be filed, the learned counsel for the applicant prayed for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to apply for bail after filing of the charge-sheet. Allowed to be withdrawn and accordingly disposed of.
