This is an Application for relaxation of condition No.5(b) imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail, by an Order dated 20th June 2018 passed by this Court. The condition No.5(b) of the said Order reads as under:- "5. ......

b) After his release from jail, the Applicant shall attend the Coloba Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.."

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, since his release from Jail, the Applicant has scrupulously followed the 1/2

Learned A.P.P., on instructions submitted that, the Applicant did not attend the concerned Police Station from June 2020 to October 2020 due to present pandemic situation, however has complied with the said condition for rest of the period.

The record indicates that, charge in the present crime has not yet framed by the Trial Court.

In view of the above, the said condition No.5(b) imposed upon the Applicant can be waived hereinafter and is accordingly waived. 6.
