It is informed by the learned counsel for both the sides that during Diwali vacation, the applicant/father was given access and the child stayed with him at Pune.

The child is residing with his maternal grandmother and grandfather at Surat. The applicant/father is running a garage. The child is six years old and studying in Jr. Kg. It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant/father is now remarried. Considering this, the following arrangement is made pending Appeal: (i) The father and step-mother may visit to Surat to meet the child on Saturday and Sunday with prior intimation to the grandfather/grandmother. At the relevant time, the 1 / 2
24.FA440_2015.doc grandfather will handover the custody of the child to the father till he is at Surat and then the father will hand over the child to the grandfather without causing any convenience to the school timings.
(ii) The phone number of the maternal grandfather is provided to the father of the child.
(iii) 60% of the access will be given to the father during summer vacation. The child will be brought to the residence of the father and he will spend his vacation with them. 3.
Civil Application stands disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to move an application as and when required.
