Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.3 and/or 5 - Additional Collector, Pune / the Dy. Collector (SLAO No.4), Pune to decide the petitioner's proposal dated 30.01.2018 for an alternative land as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of this order.

Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open to be agitated before an appropriate authority. Basavraj G. Patil 1/2
