After this petition was heard for sometime and considering the grievances of the petitioner it appears that, the proper course of action for the petitioner would be to seek modification of the order dated 5th March, 2016 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, if the petitioner is of opinion that there is change in circumstances. 2.
