1] These matters are placed today in the backdrop of order dated 15th January 2020 passed by us.

2] Copy of the charge-sheet as also decree in Petition No. F-2652 of 2018 passed by 6th Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai is presented by the parties. It is taken on record. Dinesh Sherla 1/2

4] In this situation, accepting joint request we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause "b)" in Criminal Writ Petition No.1486 of 2018 and prayer clause "a)" in Criminal Writ Petition No. 485 of 2019.
