After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial pertaining to CR No. 24/2015 registered with Cuffe Parade Police Station, Mumbai, now culminated in Sessions Case No.206/2015 does not conclude within a period one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
